Legal entity

MeshPilot is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jenesh Patel, based in Chandigarh, India. References to "MeshPilot", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to this proprietorship.

Use of MeshPilot

MeshPilot provides software productivity tools for developers and teams. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs, configuring integrations safely, and complying with applicable laws and policies.

Accounts and security

• Keep account credentials and API keys confidential.
• Use desktop authorization and MCP keys only for your own account or authorized organization.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

AI output and developer tools

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a specific use case. Users must review code, commands, documentation, and recommendations before using them in production.

MeshPilot does not provide legal, financial, medical, or security exploitation services.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, if available, are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Payment details are processed by payment providers. MeshPilot does not store full card numbers.

Acceptable use and termination

Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. MeshPilot may suspend or terminate access for abuse, illegal activity, security risk, non-payment, or policy violations.

Limitation of liability

MeshPilot is provided as a developer productivity platform. To the extent permitted by law, MeshPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
