Terms of Service.

These terms govern use of the MeshPilot website, the desktop applications, hosted services, and documentation.

Legal entity

MeshPilot is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jenesh Patel, based in Chandigarh, India. References to "MeshPilot", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to this proprietorship.

Use of MeshPilot

MeshPilot provides software productivity tools for developers. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output, configuring integrations safely, and complying with applicable law. MeshConsole runs coding agents that execute commands on your machine and edit your files — you decide which agents to run, with which permissions, and against which folders.

Accounts and security

  • Keep your account credentials, provider API keys, and MCP keys confidential.
  • Use desktop authorization and MCP keys only for your own account or an organization that authorized you.
  • Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

AI output

AI-assisted output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your use case. Review generated code, commands, and recommendations before running them in production. MeshPilot does not provide legal, financial, medical, or security exploitation services.

Plans, pricing and billing

  • Paid plans (currently Starter and Plus) are billed at the price shown at checkout. Standard plan purchases renew automatically each period via the recurring payment mandate you authorize at checkout, until you cancel. Coupon-discounted purchases are one-time: they do not auto-renew, and access ends at the end of the paid period unless you pay again.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative display values; the amount actually charged is the INR amount presented at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Razorpay). Card, UPI, and bank details are handled by the provider under their terms; MeshPilot does not receive or store full card numbers.
  • A confirmed payment is required before paid features are enabled. If a payment is initiated but not confirmed by the provider, the plan or credits are not granted.
  • You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method and accurate billing details. Failed or reversed payments may result in immediate loss of paid access.

Credits

  • Credits are a prepaid usage meter for AI-assisted features. They are not money, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Each paid plan includes a credit allocation for that billing period. Additional top-ups may be purchased only while you hold an active paid plan.
  • Included and purchased credits are tied to your current plan period and expire at the end of it. Credits do not carry over, and unused credits are forfeited on expiry, cancellation, downgrade, or lapse of the plan.
  • Credits are consumed at the rates posted in the product. We may adjust credit costs and plan allocations prospectively as model and infrastructure costs change.

No refunds

All payments for plans and credits are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or must be issued under our payment provider's or a card network's rules. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid. See the for the full details.

Taxes

Prices are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes unless the checkout indicates otherwise. Where the seller is not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST), no GST is charged and receipts will indicate this. You are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed on you by your own jurisdiction.

Receipts and records

A receipt with a unique reference number is generated for each successful payment and is available from your account billing page. Every payment event we receive from the provider is logged for reconciliation and dispute handling.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@meshpilot.in before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate duplicate charges, failed provisioning, or cancellation status. Chargebacks raised in bad faith, or for services that were delivered, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Acceptable use and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, illegal activity, security risk, non-payment, chargeback abuse, or policy violations. On termination for cause, remaining plan time and credits may be forfeited without refund.

Limitation of liability

MeshPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeshPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to paid services is limited to the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
