Payment and billing.

A MeshPilot subscription buys access to the desktop products and the hosted account features that go with them. This page sets out what you are paying for, who processes the payment, and how to stop paying.

What a subscription covers

  • MeshConsole and the hosted account features included in the plan you chose.
  • The monthly credit allotment for metered AI features, and the hosted MeshMCP key.
  • MeshMemory, the task board, and remote task execution where the plan includes them.
  • Support, documentation and the account security controls on meshpilot.in.

MeshUtility is free and open source. It does not require a subscription and is not affected by anything on this page.

How payment is processed

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Card details are entered in the gateway's own checkout and are never seen or stored by MeshPilot. Indian customers are billed in rupees and may set up autopay; international customers are billed in US dollars as one-time orders, because autopay mandates are rupee-only.

Receipts are available from your account billing page as soon as a payment settles.

Prices are the prices

The amount shown on the pricing page is the amount charged. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you confirm. There are no setup fees and no charges that appear only after checkout.

If you bring your own model provider keys, that provider bills you directly for what you use — that arrangement sits outside your MeshPilot subscription.

Renewals, changes and cancellation

Subscriptions renew for the term you selected until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing in your account; access continues to the end of the paid term. Changing plan resets your monthly credit allotment to the new plan's amount — separately purchased top-up credits are kept.

Refunds are handled under the .
