MeshPilot provides AI developer productivity tools. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and the controls users have over local and hosted product data.

Legal entity

MeshPilot is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jenesh Patel, based in Chandigarh, India. References to "MeshPilot", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to this proprietorship, which is the data controller for the information described below.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and plan status.
  • Product usage information such as selected product, workspace metadata, device authorization status, and feature usage events.
  • Support information voluntarily provided through contact forms, email, or account support requests.
  • Payment and billing metadata from payment processors. MeshPilot does not store full card numbers.

Developer data and credentials

MeshPilot products may process project names, task metadata, memory/context entries, prompts, logs, and user-provided configuration. Where products support local-first operation, local project files and local memory remain on the user's device unless the user enables a hosted integration or cloud sync feature.

API keys and credentials should be entered only in supported product settings. MeshPilot uses secure storage mechanisms where available and does not intentionally expose user credentials in public logs or analytics.

How we use information

  • Provide and secure MeshPilot accounts, desktop device authorization, and product access.
  • Operate AI-assisted developer workflow features such as project context, MCP integrations, memory, voice tools, prompt enhancement, and support.
  • Respond to support, billing, security, and legal requests.
  • Improve reliability, abuse prevention, product quality, and documentation.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, support, and security functions. We do not sell user data.

Retention and user rights

We retain information only as needed for product operation, legal obligations, security, billing records, and support. Users may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or export of applicable account data.
