Refund and Cancellation Policy

MeshPilot aims to keep billing clear. This page explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled.

Cancellation

Users may cancel a paid subscription through account billing controls when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund eligibility

  • Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, technical access problems, or other reasonable billing issues.
  • Usage-heavy periods, completed billing periods, and violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may be ineligible for refund.
  • If a free trial is offered, trial terms shown at signup or checkout apply.

Billing disputes

Contact support@meshpilot.in before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate account access, duplicate charges, invoices, and cancellation status.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor when possible. Bank and card network timing may vary.
