Local and hosted data

MeshPilot products may support both local-first workflows and hosted account features. Local files and local memory should remain on the user's device unless the user enables a hosted workflow, API integration, or sync feature.

AI providers

Some products support user-provided API keys or optional cloud providers. When a user enables a provider, selected text, prompts, audio transcription requests, or workflow context may be sent to that provider according to the user's configuration and the provider's terms.

Payment data

Payment information is processed by payment providers. MeshPilot does not store full card numbers. Billing metadata may be retained for invoices, support, tax, fraud prevention, and accounting.

User controls

• Disconnect or revoke integrations and API keys that are no longer needed.
• Clear local product history where supported.
• Contact support to request account data access, correction, or deletion.
